How to Apply:

  1. Choose type of loan below
  2. Fill out e-loan form
  3. Print filled out e-Loan Form
  4. Submit through email the scanned copy or snapshot of the printed e-loan form with Documentary requirements or directly coordinate with the Branch office or Satellite office.
    Additional requirements on submission of loan documents for the following:
    • PAF Active and PCG Active - Signed by CO
    • BJMP Active - Signed by CO and DO are required for Aguinaldo and Crame Branch
  5. Wait for SMS notification or call from our Loans processor
